deviantART Holiday Card Project custom box 2014 is created ONLY for FREE use! This box is
combination between Featured Deviation box  and Journal CSS.

I decided to share with all of you for 3rd year my Holiday Card Project custom box.. This box is for all
of you, who wish to support this Project and this year and try to make the world a better place to live.
We all can thank to deviantART for this opportunity.

Holiday Card Project 2014
The deviantART #HolidayCardProject is back for its 8th year!  With the goal of bringing a bit of holiday cheer to patients in the hospital during the holiday season, the Holiday Card Project connects artists from around the world, applying their tremendous artistic abilities to designing and creating uplifting holiday cards.
In 2013 alone, the Project received more than 5,000 cards sent in by more than 2,000 deviants from 60 different countries/political regions. Cards were then divvied up and distributed by deviantART members to local Los Angeles hospitals, with additional cards given to various hospitals in the U.S. and abroad for deviantART volunteers and hospital staff members to hand out to patients.
The idea behind the Holiday Card Project is simple: do something nice for others. However, if you're looking for even more incentive, every deviant who sends in a card will

To use this Box you will first need to have a Premium Membership to DeviantART

How to use:
Download zip file and extract (all files will be placed back into easy to navigate folders once extracted).
Once extracted, open the containing folder and READ CAREFULLY the "instructions_read_me_first.txt" file.

The zip file includes:

JournalSkinHeader_code.txt
JournalSkinCSS_code.txt

There are two ways to install this Box:
!IMPORTANT! Some of deviantART members have issues with finding of journal entries in Featured Deviation
search box. If you are one of them, please go immediately to the second method of installation "Featured
Deviation + literature piece"

1.Featured Deviation + Journal Skin
1.1.: To get started, first click on the Submit Journal Entry button on your Journal Page.
1.2.: Give to your  Journal a title "deviantART Holiday Card Project" [ This title will be and
title of your Box ].
1.3.: Click on the Edit Skin.
1.3.1.: Copy and Paste  contents of the "JournalSkinHeader_code" text file in your Journal Skin
Header box.
1.3.2.: Copy and Paste  contents of the "JournalSkinCSS_code" text file in your Journal Skin CSS
box.
1.3.3.: Click "Save" and Submit Journal to deviantART. !IMPORTANT! Select the check box "Featured"
before you submit it. You can Submit your Journal in any category you  want.
1.4.: Open Your deviantART profile Page and click on Edit Page button.
1.4.1.: From "Widgets You Can Add" click on Featured Deviation.
1.4.2.: When your Featured Deviation window pop-up click on the little pencil icon "Edit This Widget".
1.4.3.: Click on Choose a Deviation button and found  with search  bar your Journal [ Sometimes it
takes time to be visible your Journal in this box - from several minutes to several hours. If you still dont
found it please go to the second method of installation.] and add it .
1.4.4.: Select the check box "NOrmal View"
1.4.5.: In the blank field for Description paste the code which you will find in "FeaturedBox_code"
text file.
1.4.6.: Click on the "Save & Preview" and "Install Now" buttons. Select the position of your new box.
Click on the big Blue Botton "Done" [ upper right corner ]
1.5.: Congratulations, you have successfully installed Holiday Card Project box!

2.FeaturedDeviation + literature piece
2.1.: Open your personal Sta.sh and click on StashWriter.
2.2.: Give to your literature piece a title "deviantART Holiday Card Project" [ This title will be
and title of your Box ].
2.3.: Click on the Change Skin.
2.3.1.: Click on the Edit Skin.
2.3.2.: Copy and Paste  contents of the "JournalSkinHeader_code" text file in your Skin Header box.
2.3.3.: Copy and Paste  contents of the "JournalSkinCSS_code" text file in your Skin CSS box.
2.3.4.: Give to your Skin  a name to save it.
2.3.5.: Click "Save" and "Done" to save your new skin.
2.3.6.: Click on the Submit to deviantART button. Select any LITERATURE sub category you want.
Click "Submit Now".
2.4.: Open Your deviantART profile Page and click on Edit Page button.
2.4.1.: From "Widgets You Can Add" click on Featured Deviation.
2.4.2.: When your Featured Deviation window pop-up click on the little pencil icon "Edit This Widget".
2.4.3.: Click on Choose a Deviation button and found  with search  bar your literature [ will appear in
the second along with your other works ] and add it .
2.4.4.: Select the check box "Normal View"
2.4.5.: In the blank field for Description paste the code which you will find in "FeaturedBox_code"
text file.
2.4.6.: Click on the "Save & Preview" and "Install Now" buttons. Select the position of your new box.
Click on the big Blue Botton "Done" [ upper right corner ]
2.5.: Congratulations, you have successfully installed Holiday Card Project box!
